Our focus for the v4.6 beta is on these areas:

• Email Metrics - we have developed an email effectiveness scorecard that measures your performance in several key areas.  Details are here.  A few notes:
  • In addition to your personal metrics, we allow you to compare your performance to others in the ClearContext user network.
  • We’re still fine-tuning the scoring algorithms based on your feedback, so please let us know how accurately you feel these scores represent your performance.
• Asynchronous MessageContext Loading - MessageContext now loads independently of message opening, allowing for faster performance when scanning your Inbox.
• Sent Messages & Exchange - we changed the way Topics are assigned during the Send Message process to fix the NDR issue documented here.
• MessageContext Initialization - MessageContext is now disabled by default.  Enable via ClearContext > Options > Preferences > UI/Toolbar
• Jump to Topic - We have added a dedicated Jump button for quick navigation to Topic folders.  Add this button to your toolbar via ClearContext > Options > Preferences > UI\Toolbar

** Due to the online component of ClearContext metrics, you must be connected to the internet to view stats **

For those of you who were running Beta 2, here are the primary changes:

• Jump to Topic - see description above
• FolderContext Preferences - you can disable FolderContext via ClearContext > Options > Preferences > UI\Toolbar
• Scoring - we have changed the way some scores are calculated on the Email Effectiveness Scorecard, with special focus on more accurately reflecting efficiency of interaction with contacts via the Communications score
• Performance Improvements - we made several adjustments to improve performance and stability.

Release Candidate 2 (v4.6.3) fixes an Outlook 2003 crash that occurred for users who had removed the Find button from their Outlook toolbar.  It also addresses some minor performance tweaks.
